- Seen patching himself up (Superman Batman #75)
- Being operated on by Alfred after a near lethal freefall injury (Batman #609)
- Using advanced X-Ray technology to scan Supergirl's body (Superman Batman #8)
- Has a decontamination radiation unit for the times when he has to deal with radiation threats (Detective Comics v2 #11)
Laboratories:
- A look at his chemical storage lab that has various chemicals inside that he uses and experiments with (Detective Comics #840)
- Has his own crime/forensic lab where he examines and stores evidence plus various chemicals including Joker toxin (Gotham Knights #1 and Batman v2 #13)
- Has a large vault he uses for evidence storage next to his crime lab (Gotham Knights #44)
- Has a cryo lab for cold storage that he uses to hold and imprison various Court of Owl assassin Talons (Batman v2 #10)
Has a large weapons forge (Batman v2 #24)
Has a incinerator (Superman Unchained #2)
Has his own well kept extensive library that he uses when he needs to research something that he may not be familiar with (Detective Comics #619)
Has a holographic training room somewhat similar to the X-Men's danger room as we see the Batfamily training to fight against Bane (Gotham Knights #34)
Hidden Areas
The Batcave is hidden in plain site from the outside via holographic imagery which also serves as an entrance point (Detective Comics v2 #1)
Has a secret area of the Batcave with holographic imagery where he had The Joker locked away for an unknown amount of time (Dark Days - The Forge)
Has another secret area of the Batcave where he stores his Justice League contingencies (Justice League v2 #19-20)
As his alternate personality known as the Batman of Zur-En-Arrh, he built a hidden sub basement workshop inside the Batcave that even Bruce seemingly didn't know about (Batman v3 #127)
Defenses/Security
With Alfred's help he's managed to erase all evidence of the Batcave's existence on every geological survey from the last 200 years according to Tim Drake aka Red Robin who's researched everything about Batman/Bruce Wayne (having deduced Bruce Wayne is Batman before they even met each other) and is impressed that he didn't know about the batcave (Secret Origins #3 - The Origin of Red Robin/Tim Drake)
To give you idea of what it takes just to break into the Batcave here we see both Nightwing and Batgirl needing special equipment to bypass the various high tech security measures installed (Batgirl #29)
Has Seismic sensors installed within his Batcave to detect earthquakes plus an automated kevlar shielding system to protect his computers from being damaged (Shadow of the Bat #73)
Gotham Knights #40:
- Has an electrical grid setup to stop intruders
- Also has sticky foam to immobilize and trap any intruders
Traps Huntress in an energy cage who sets off the cave's security measure (World's Finest #19)
Activating an energy cage to trap Ra's Al Ghul (Detective Comics #954)
His security proves capable enough to catch and trap Booster Gold (Infinite Crisis #5)
Has specially made energy prison cell in his hidden Batcave that proves powerful enough to shock even Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) despite his lantern power ring (Dark Days - The Casting)
Also uses numerous high tech Ro-Bats to guard his Batcave (The Batman Who Laughs #6)
For times when he's away from the Batcave he also created a robotic Batman to stop intruders and the robot proves more then capable of taking down several Teen Titans members single-handedly (Teen Titans #26)
Installed automated energy turrets seemingly as a counter measure against the Flash and as a non lethal defense within his Batcave (The Flash #65 2019)
Has upgraded counter measures in place to detect and defend himself against Thawne/Reverse Flash and any speedster he's not familiar with that tries to invade his Batcave via numerous Mr. Freeze guns he's placed all around the Batcave that have been modified to mimic Captain Cold's absolute zero technology which can stop even the Flash in his tracks (Flashpoint Beyond #1)
Even a hyper intelligent Bizarro with advanced tech is unable to monitor who or what's inside the Batcave (Red Hood and the Outlaws #19)
The Batcave has strong shields that protects anyone inside from powerful psychic energy attacks as shown here where even Lex Luthor's Lexcorp shields are overcome by Brainiac's worldwide psychic attack while Batman is shown to be just fine (Action Comics v2 #34)
Had barriers, disrupters, and even supernatural barricades setup to prevent all teleporters from entering into his Batcave/home (Batman #691)
