Vs Street Level Fighter Combatants
How good is Batman's fighting ability and tactical combat intellect vs top ranked fighters and assassins? These are Batman's best fights against human level yet top ranked fighters and assassins while using his fighting skill, weapons/gadgets, and clever combat tactics.
Uses the environment to gain the upper hand on Deadshot then takes him out with a very clever and skillful trick shot of his own using a batarang (Batman #369)
Easily defeats and subdues his sidekick (the 3rd Robin aka Tim Drake) Red Robin (Batman & Robin v2 #19)
Battles Red Hood (aka Jason Todd, the 2nd Robin) and, once he stops holding back, he clearly beats him (Batman #650)
After an emotional fight with Nightwing, he ends the battle by exposing Dick's mental and emotional weakness (crashing into his original Robin costume that also belonged to the then dead Jason Todd who's like brother to him) thus breaking Dick's will to fight with him anymore (Batman #600)
Batgirl #50:
- Battles Batgirl (Cassandra Cain) to a overall stalemate with both fighters getting the upper hand on one another at different points of their battle in hand to hand combat. He's shown leading her into different locations all across the city while purposely avoiding a direct prolonged confrontation knowing the soul drug had affected both of them which could've led to a very lethal battle. For most of the battle he purposely is shown evasive and defensive instead of using weapons or physical force that could've ended the fight
- We later find out Batman used this fight as a form of therapy to work out the problems between Batgirl and himself being that Batgirl's main form of language/communication is violence. In the end, Batman reveals he had the fight under control despite being affected by the soul drug
Vs Ra's Al Ghul
- Defeats Ra's Al Ghul in a tough prolonged melee battle using skill and battle savvy (Batman #335)
- Defeats a lazarus pit powered Ra's Al Ghul (who's 10 times more powerful then normal) by cleverly maneuvering him into the lazarus pit (Batman #400)
Withstands a ton of punishment from The Sensei (who's had centuries to perfect his martial arts skill) with his arm and fingers getting broken, being blinded, even impaled and yet he's still able to impressively fight on and outsmart The Sensei by moving out the way in time causing The Sensei to fall into the fountain and burn away (Batman #671)
